Brenna McLane is a freelance violist from Nova Scotia and one of the founding members of Euphonia Toronto. She is quickly making a name for herself as a versatile soloist, chamber and orchestral musician.

Over the years, Brenna has had the opportunity to play for some of the worlds most distinguished musicians including Steven Dann, David Zafer, Zubin Mehta, Kim Kashkashian, and Rivka Golani.

Her audiences have included a wide range of people, from Lieutentant Governor of Nova Scotia to pre-schoolers on Halifax’s waterfront; from Vancouver, BC to London, England.

Brenna has been teaching violin and viola for 10 years, using all her experience and education to provide a well-rounded music education touching upon music theory, musicality, posture, bowing techniques, intonation, music-reading, exam/audition preparation and overall enjoyment of creating music.
