Did you complete your Survey?

Hello Everybody!

In the last couple of weeks Music Together has sent you a request to complete a centre evaluation survey.

They chose our centre at random, and this helps them get a lot of information about the quality and delivery of our program to you, as a representative sample of the market (Toronto).

We would really appreciate if you would fill this out, as Music Together does share the results with us, which allows us to improve the way we do things.

This survey does come with an opportunity to win a set of Music Together sing-along books, too.
