New Books in Library
The following books have been added to our library:
Piano adventures lesson book, primer level and level 1
My first piano adventures lesson book A
Alfred’s basic piano lesson book 1b and 2
Alfred’s later beginner chord approach level 1
Four star sight reading and ear tests book 1 and 2.
If you require any books at this time, please let me know ASAP.
Please get your students registered now. Our times are looking pretty full, and should be full by the end of the week. If we need to, we can open another session, but I would like the times to be full before we do this. Please, please, please, take the time to speak to parents about coming, even if their kids are not playing. Being an audience member is an important part of the music education process.
Likewise, remember to not overbook any of the recitals. I will erase any extra names.
If you are going to be at the recital, please mark your name down in the box above the signup area on the sheet that corresponds to the time you are available.
All reports are now out and in your boxes. SIGN BOTH THE REPORT AND CERTIFICATE before you send them out. Thank you.
Be sure you save time to speak to parents about these – the need to know what is going on – particularly if they don’t come in all that often. Ask the kids to have their parents come in the next week.
Did you get the preliminary schedule? If not, please let me know right away. I would like to finalize this week, and you should be aware of what may have changed for you.
Thanks, and more soon!
