Hello Lawrence Park (TFS) location families and students!
This is a note to update you on the fall registration that we are currently calling about.
Thank you to those of you that have indicated your fall preferences and made bookings. To those of you that have not, there is still time to do so, but your time may be taken now by anyone wanting to switch, so please call sooner rather than later.
Billing will be delayed
We are still waiting on the list of important dates from TFS, to avoid as many (and hopefully all) of the conflicts that could arise.
While we typically bill in May to hold your spot for September, we will delay this due to the uncertainty of the dates, at this time. Our new target for this will be mid-June.
We will update you on this and be sure to give you at least a few days notice so there are no surprises on your end.
Despite the delay in billing, we will book your lesson times into the schedule so that those will be locked in for you. You will likely receive a booking notification by email. You do not need to do anything with this, unless you see a mistake.
