Recommended daily practice time is 5-10 minutes per day
Songs Tub Time: This week try clapping and counting the song. Remember that half notes have to be held. You can also continue with the songs in the notebook that work on letter names. You also have a new song called Gliding goldfish. Go through the rhythm clap and count then try playing. Review all the notes values.
Theory Try playing what time is it Mr. wolf and review all of the notes we learned. You can also review what half notes, whole notes and quarter notes are, and Treble G clef and Bass F clef.

Technique Scales for this week Bb major needs to be practiced as much as you can hands apart. AS SLOW AND YOU CAN WITH NO MISTAKES!
Songs Re test on Minuetto – Practice really slow as well this week. Work on transitions and no mistakes. You can also continue working on Dance theme and variations be sure to clap and count this one to get the rhythm correct. Then try playing it very slowly to be sure you catch all of your mistakes.

Technique Scales this week will include C major, G major. Play these both hands together as slow as you can without any mistakes. F major will be played hands apart and note that the fingering is different for the right hand. R.H 123412312341234 L.H stays the same as normal.
Songs Whirling leaves test next week! – Be sure to watch out for dynamics and the ritardando at the end! You can also continue to work on Sherlock Holmes this week work on swung 8th notes. Adding that jazzy flavour to the song.

Technique Scales D major and Bb major hands together extremely slow. Try not to make a mistake stay laser focused and play a few times a day.
Songs Minuet in A minor – Keep working on this piece. Be sure to take your time on tricky measures like measure 14-24. Take your time and work very slow. You can continue to work on Burlesque in G Major. Add in left hand and work very slow hands apart at first then join hands and continue to play at a slow pace.
