How to practice it most effectively: Aim to use finger 1 for fret 1 and finger 3 for fret 3 and go through your notes one at a time.
How parents can support practice: Encourage Augustine to continue spending a bit of time on the instrument each day, and return to his song of the week.
Lucien
Recommended minutes to practice: 10 min/day
What to practice: “Who Let The Dogs Out” + Mary Had A Little Lamb
How to practice it most effectively: Dogs – check your notes and listen for short notes and long notes. Mary – play finger 1 for fret 1, and finger 3 for fret 3, keep your guitar up on your lap in playing position.
How parents can support practice: Encourage Lucien to continue spending a few minutes each day on his guitar, looking at his lesson materials.

Recommended minutes to practice: 15 min, 4 times a week
What to practice: Major Triads in C / F / Bb / Ab
How to practice it most effectively: Check out the triads in C (3), and then count up your frets to find F, Bb, Eb, Ab.
How parents can support practice: Encourage Griffin to continue spending a few minutes each day on the guitar.
