Nova
Second week working on Hunting Soul! We worked out that the song is in Ab minor and we worked on identifying the notes through hearing the song and comparing it against the scale. We are now onto first line of verse, I encourage Nova to give it a try and try notating more of the verse using the same method. We will hop onto the drums next week!
Jonah
We have started working on Smooth Criminal last week on FarPlay. Jonah is quick to learn the pattern, but should be reminded that with a song so complicated, the pattern repeats but something is always a little different every other repetition. Hence, he should remember to play the part notated on the score, and follow, practise the sticking assigned. Try playing through the intro and also reading the verse (until bar 18).
