We are now entering a busy period and the charge towards the end of the school year.  This note is full of very important information for you.

Please remember there are no withdrawals in May and June as per our policies and procedures.

Latest In-Person Re-Start Information

At this time we have decided as a team to wait until all the teachers are fully vaccinated before beginning our re-start plan.  Please familiarize yourself with the Re-Start Plan.

We will update you with pertinent information quarterly (June & August) about our outlook at those times, in advance of the coming season, but we expect to remain fully digital through August.

Fee Increases & How to Save

Thanks to those of you that helped us earlier this year by switching to PAP/Void Cheque payments, we have been able to reduce the amount of increase to our tuition that we were looking at.  For 30/45/60 minute lessons the increases will be 3%/2.5%/2%, for per lesson rates of $45.50/$55.90/$76.43.  This represents a $0.84 – $1.36 increase per week.

As always, please consider taking advantage of our unlimited referral program.  You can refer as many families as you would like, and get 20% off for each new family to ABC.  Do this now and they will get the discount over the Summer, too.

Re-Registration Dates & Spring Reports

Please take note of these important dates.

1-16 APR  •  Keep your existing time(s)
17-18 APR  •  Change your existing time to a different time
19 APR+     •  Registration open to the general public

If your existing time is important to you, then you should make every effort to renew now.  If you are unsure about the Fall schedule, it is recommended you take the same time now as it is easier to change later than to reclaim a time lost.

As always, you will be billed at the time of re-registration for September to hold your spot, with regular billing resuming 1 OCT, 2021.  If this is a problem for you, please let us know at the time of re-registration.  Summer billing occurs on the first of July and August.

We’ll be calling you after the 5th of April, as Spring Progress reports will be going out on or after March 31.  This should give you an opportunity to consider lesson length increases recommended by your teacher.  If you want to call us before April 5th about summer and fall, please do!
