This is an update in advance of November’s billing to let you know about a small hiccup that occurred in October’s billing, which affects a handful of families.
Some of you were not billed due to a software hang-up. This means that the software will try to bill you for October and November at the same time. This will occur on November 1st, and we wanted to give you advance notice for two reasons:
- To see if you were billed in October, so you can be prepared for a potentially larger billing in November.
- To make sure you check your October and November billings to make sure that everything is alright.
By and large we have had few problems with the new system, and hope that this will be the last irregularity we face as part of the transition.
