This week Zoe we have added A, E and D minor to our practice routine. You can focus on the melodic and harmonic scales of each in both hands. We have also changed our recital piece to Atacama Desert, you may now continue to work on this one in preparation for the concert. In addition to the recital piece you can continue your work with the regular weekly songs.

Good work this week Renaud. You can continue your work on Sailing in the Sun and Ferris wheel. Be sure to maintain a steady beat throughout the piece. We also learned about Staccato this week. Remember when you play Staccato the notes are detached and short. Have fun with this in Mexican Jumping bean!

This week we added E major to the practice routine. Remember this has 4 sharps, you can use our fun acronyms to help you find which sharps to play. You may also keep working on your recital piece Whirling leaves. Remember to keep a gentle touch with this one. You also can also continue working on Snake Charmer and your new song Captain hook’s rockin’ party.
