Great first cello lesson, dear!! After you rent your cello at The Sound Post, and they set you up, practice the bow hold and exercises according to the video you took of me showing you. Remember always to 1. engage your core while you play (seated on your chair with good posture at the start) 2. start moving to the rhythm of the piece you’re about to play (a 4/4 time rhythm for open strings to start) 3. start playing!
