How to practice it most effectively: Try different scale positions with different keys (Ex. C position in the key of F). Count 1 2+3+, for 3 tap on the numbers. For 2, tap on 1 as well as the + after 2.

What to practice: Don’t Start Now

How to practice it most effectively: Try playing along with the recording at halftime, 3/4 time and full speed. To work on in-between speeds use a metronome adjusted accordingly. Full speed is around 127.
