What to practice: Scale Positions, 2 and 3 Exercise and Switching between 2 and 3 with the pentatonic scale.
How to practice it most effectively: Play through the scales. Try snapping both rhythms at the same time and saying the counting both ways, try switching between 1+2+3+ and 1 trip let 2 trip let without pausing in between.

What to practice: Riff from Don’t Start Now
How to practice it most effectively: Try different speeds with the metronome (From 20-90, moving up and down by 10s). Play as lightly as you can. Subdivide each click into 4 to keep track of the tempo.
