How to practice it most effectively: Take 1 bar at a time and play the notes at the same speed (tick tick like a clock) and in a loop (repeat 3 to 5 times without stopping). Once you can do this with each bar the next step is to play 2 bars together (1+2, 2+4, 2+3).
