Hello Everybody!
We hope you have had an excellent start to your autumn. We have been run off our feet with lots of great new projects. As we head towards the new year, it is a good idea to take note of what is happening at ABC, so you can fit us in comfortably to get the most out of your lesson experience between now and the post-holiday season.
Daylight Savings
Is this Sunday. In Music Together or Rock Band? Watch for the time change so you don’t miss anything. Same for lessons!
Reporting & Recital
Student reporting is underway and you should watch for your students’ reports to come home after the 10th of November.
You should also put the Fall Recital in your calendars if they are not already there, for Sunday December 2nd. This may be different from the date on your annual calendar so take careful note. Registration will be available sometime after mid-month, and we will send another email. You can register at the desk or by phone. Sessions will start at 12:00, 1:00, 2:00pm (and 3pm, if necessary). We are excited to debut our choir at this Fall’s recital!
Holiday Schedule & First Day Back
Our last regular teaching day is December 16th, followed by the Make-up week from the 17th to the 23rd. We will email you a preliminary schedule in early December. You must call to confirm or defer your time. If you do not do so, you will lose your time. Generally we aim for the same day/time as your regular lessons, but you may see some changes.
First day back for OAKWOOD in January is the Wednesday the 2nd. This is before kids go back to school, so please make note.
First day back for LAWRENCE PARK in January is Tuesday the 8th. This is the first regular school day back after winter break.
