We are upgrading our software systems this summer. We’ve chosen this period to do the upgrade because it will allow for us to learn the ‘ropes’ at a time when we are not so busy. This is a very positive move for us, as it will facilitate our operations, and add a level of functionality to your interaction with the school. The student/parent part of things will hopefully include things like online registration/re-registration, lesson alerts, make-up alerts, online account management, and a slew of other things that we are just scratching the surface on.
All of that being said, we are likely to make a few mistakes as we learn this, and ask for your patience should you be on the receiving end of a mistake made in the office. We will do our best to be careful in the implementation of this process, and are grateful for your continued patience and support!
Summer Hours
During the Summer we have very limited, flexible hours. They will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in July and August. If you are cancelling lessons for Tuesdays, we will appreciate if you can call us the Thursday before. Remember, there are no make-ups for Summer lessons.
