What to practice: This week Jonathan I want you to get Cold Sweat up to tempo and be able to play it with the song next week!

How to practice effectively: The best way to do this is to start slowly. Start at 80 bpm and then practice the beat until you can play it comfortably without thinking too hard. Then maybe an hour or a day later, try bumping it up 10 beats to 90 bpm. And then so on until you get to 110 which is about the tempo for the song. If 10 beats is too much then do something smaller like 5. The idea is to get used to a lot of repetition and slowly getting things up to speed. Then when you’re ready, try it with the song!
