– Reminder: Please try to set up your iPad before class so we don’t need to use up class time. If possible, try to find a place for your iPad to be closer to the edge of the table and to be able to tilt upwards, so I can see your whole viola.
– Recommended practice time: 15-20 min/day, 5 days/week
– Practice: Go Tell Aunt Rhody (with mf and p dynamics – use more weight and bow for a louder sound), O Come Little Children (practice phrases using an up bow and pay close attention to your bowings), and May Song (you have all the pitches down, now focus on the rhythms, particularly the first measure. You can look up the song on YouTube as well to listen to it!)
