- Work on proper tonguing, pick a note and hold it, then start tonguing it repeatedly. Try on some other notes as well. About 5 mins.
- “Go Tell Aunt Rhode” – make sure you are tonguing all the notes, and hold the half notes for full value.
- Work on the 2001 a Space Odyssey theme, counting the whole time. Make sure those notes are a full 7 beats long.
- Practice clapping the rhythms of the Queen medley.
