We’ve taken all of your cancellation and make-up trackers out of your attendance trackers, and moved them all into a single binder at the desk. Since you only needed to see these during the course of the make-up period, we’ll distribute them to you when that period becomes active, you will complete them according to who shows up for their scheduled lessons (or not), and then return them to the desk.
This lightens your folder on an ongoing basis, and allows us more accuracy when a cancellation comes in (I, for instance, often forget to enter these, and now that it is at the desk, I should have no excuse…holding myself accountable is important to our standards is important, too!).
