Recommended minutes to practice: 5 minutes a day

What to practice: Keep working on You Are My Sunshine, you did such a great job this week! Also keep working on the C major chord, it’s super easy and you can definitely rock this!

How to practice it most effectively: Sing along while you play, we are super close to finishing up the song! You did such a good job and if we keep working on it by next week we’ll be done!

How parents can help: Ask for a small performance of You Are My Sunshine and encourage her to keep on playing it, even just twice a week would be great.

What to practice: Work on the C major scale in thirds, you did a really good job. Secondly keep working on Country Roads, we can probably finish this up next week and continue you onto A Whole New World. Lastly, work on that strumming pattern for a whole new world.

How to practice it most effectively: Try to memorize Country Roads, play a little bit from the paper, then flip it over and try and play the same but without the paper and then keep going.

How to practice it most effectively: Play along with the track slowed down. Also, play a small part of the solo really slowly and perfect it before moving on.
