Homework for the week – June 7

Lily

Lily should review Au clair de la lune, especially the second melody. She should also practice Aura Lee and keep on playing Yellow submarine.

Luke

Luke should practice Dust in the wind’s intro. Focus on the travis picking technique and on the pattern of alternating C and Am chords with the melody on the second string.

Paul

Paul should practice Californication, the whole song. He should focus on the solo – both on its chord progression and the solo itself.

Julian

Julian should play Californication up to its chorus and also review the intro and verse of I’ve just seen a face. Focus on the starred passage.
