As you know, this has been a strange an unusual year. Thankfully, we have a lot to be grateful for at ABC, and have been able to continue to operate almost all of our programs, and offer our team continued work opportunities.
Under normal circumstances we would be approaching a time when we’d be considering increases in fees to offset the usual inflationary pressures that all businesses have. Because of the nature of the circumstances around us, we are going to try to defer that.
To achieve this, we need your help.
At the moment, 70% of the payments we take from our students are done by credit card. Credit card payments cost 10 times what a pre-authorized payment costs direct from your bank account. This totals many thousands of dollars every year.
We’d like to ask you to please switch from credit card to PAP billing now to help us avoid a fee increase this year and next school year. Even if you are OK with the way your billing is set up, your switch will help keep prices reasonable for other students and families that might otherwise struggle with a fee increase. This is like a silent scholarship you can give.
Starting today, you will get a phone call from Dionne asking you if you would be so kind as to switch. If you have questions, you can ask her, and if not, you can just let her know if you would like to make the switch, or not.
