There will be limited desk support from November 24th through December 2nd. If you have to miss a lesson or feel like you may be sick, we ask that you please call as soon as there is an inkling of that, so we can have as much of a head-start on letting your teachers know as possible. When you call, please include:
- Your Student’s name
- Your Teacher’s name
- Your day/time
This will help us make our temporary coverage will effectively deal with your absence.
Likewise, if a teacher is ill, or some emergency comes up, we may simply cancel the lessons for that day to keep things simple. We’ll be in touch by phone if this should come up.
