Billing Update & Information
As our pre-summer students are aware, we switched our billing over to a new system over the summer. As with any switch we anticipated some bumps, and have had very few, but the 1st of October was our true test, and first complete billing for everyone. Our legacy system has been phased out, and should no longer bill or send out (erroneous) appointment reminders.
We did notice some oddities, but don’t think these will affect anyone’s billing. However, as optimistic as we are, our experience tells us that there is usually some small detail that may have been missed. Because we are dealing with your money, a small detail really is a big deal. We take our duty to handle billing with transparency and responsibility.
So, please help us to assure that there are no unusual, or additional transactions in your accounts for October. We suggest you check once now, and then again at the end of the week. If there is anything out of the ordinary there, just give us a call and we will rectify it as quickly as possible.
