Awesome first lesson, dear! Once you get your full-length, weighted keyboard and the beginner book I recommended, play the ‘note-naming game’, and remember to keep a good posture, high wrists, and curved fingers as you continue to strike your first keys!

Keep that bow straight as you go to the tip and come back to the frog. And, MOVE to the rhythm as you play, even when practicing something very slowly! Moving to the rhythm keeps everything in context. And, PRACTICE. Where there’s a will, there’s always a way. You can do it!!!
