How to practice most effectively: for the chorus, practice with “na” first before transitioning to words. Try to sustain the power and breath support from “na” to singing the words.

How to practice most effectively: Write any sequence of notes (single quarter/half/whole notes, not on any clef) and then clap them and/or play them on the piano.
