The Flute collection is the first collection both Lisa and Barnaby did, so there is a lot of nostalgia, but also curiosity to see what happens. This marks 6 full years of Music Together taught. We now have a number of our first cycle children taking private music lessons, and we are so delighted to see their joy and interest continue. These children are easily ahead of those not having started with Music Together, because they have developed basic music competence; The ability to physically express rhythm accurately, and to sing in-tune, and in-time. Sounds simple, but if you think back to all of the stages of development you’ve seen in your kids since they started, you know better!
Classes begin October 1
Regular classes start again on October 1st, but don’t forget that there is no class the following weekend for Thanksgiving; October 8, 9, 10.
OAKWOOD

WYCHWOOD
Saturdays: October 1st. (10am available, 11am available)
Tuesdays: October 11th. (11am available)
COLLEGE

We’ve been training…
Lisa, Jenny, and Barn took advantage of a Music Together Songs and Skills Workshop focused on the autumn Flute Collection, and Babies in Mixed-Age classes. We are very excited about sharing what we learned with you.
We’ve got a new location!
This past spring we met a new friend at the Bump to Baby Show at the Wychwood Barns, and we decided that we’d love to work together.
So, we are delighted to announce that we’ll be working with Jill & The Beanstalk starting this autumn at their location at 814 College St., at Ossington.
We’ll be doing a demo class there on Monday, September 26th at 10:00. Please help get the word out, and let your friends and social media ‘friends’ know about this – we’d be much obliged. Interested people can reserve a spot in the demo by calling the office at 416-651-7529. We’re a little behind on the new location due to administrative things at Music Together, but still hope to run classes this fall, and appreciate your help!
We’ll be booking a 10:00 a.m. class for Mondays, and hoping to start on October 3rd.

If you would consider telling your friends about us, whether for Music Together, or any one of our other lesson programs, we’d really appreciate it!
We give you 20% off your first Music Together child until the end of the school year, and the same for your friends that register for Music Together. If they register for music lessons, then they can take advantage of 20% for all family members.
This is the best time of year to take advantage of this, because almost all of your payments are still ahead of you. That’s like saving a month and a half. This money would be great in RESPs, and you might even be able to take advantage of the government topping you up the additional 20% on your eligible contribution.
