Hello Everybody,
We are fast approaching the end of the school year, and many things are on the radar for us to do at ABC.
Firstly, we’ll be completing your spring reporting over the coming weeks, which you should see mid-April.
Recital Information
Secondly, the Spring Recital will be on Sunday, May 5th. As usual, we expect to be at the Root Down Studio at 225 Geary Ave., with sign-up becoming available sometime in or after the third week of April.
As always, we say that participation is optional, and attendance “mandatory”. For young students, seeing live music, played by peers and other young people is an incredibly important part of your music education. Remember, too, our recitals are free, so we try to make them as accessible for you as possible.
Please note that due to low attendance, we will not hold an autumn recital in December 2019.
Fall & Summer Registration
Lastly, we will start fall re-registration, and summer registration at the recital. May 5-11th will be priority re-registration to keep your existing time for next school year. The 12th through 18th of May will be reserved for you to switch times, and anything after the 18th will be open to the public. As always we recommend you keep your existing day (unless your teacher’s schedule has changed).
