You should prepare these items with an emphasis on the areas we covered in rehearsal this week. The areas mentioned and worked on will be important to presenting a polished finish. Remember to have all music, instruments, capos, etc. handy for your performance.
Your call time is 11:40. You should be set up and ready to go at this time for a soundcheck, not arriving.
We’ve deliberately programmed you into a time with the other group, so you can be exposed to a more advanced group. It is expected you will stay to hear them play during the second recital at 1:00 p.m.
I was hard on the group yesterday – and you responded well. Thank you for your cooperation. You can and should strive for a level that gets closer and closer to what did yesterday. More on that later!
