Continue practicing “Walking” and “Running” exercises.  Add on “Skipping” exercise.

Continue practicing “Announcing the Circus.”  Play hands separately if you run into difficulties.

Work on the two songs we reviewed together “Sailing” and “Half Note Dot.”

Warm up with double 3rd exercise, ascending (legato and staccato)

Prayer: Add dynamics.  Practice this at least 3 times per practice session.

The Avalanche: Practice chord sections slowly 5 times, then play them in the context of the piece at tempo.

Positively Swinging: Keep practicing.  Stop if you run into problem spots and practice these problem spots in isolation before continuing on.

March in D major – practice slowly with metronome (60 bpm) so that you get nice and confident with every note!

Bring in a plain notebook next lesson!
