Hello Ezra and Elora,
I hope you had a wonderful thanks giving weekend with your family. As there is a parent-teacher interview at the TFS, there would be no lessons between October 12th to November 2nd. Hence, I would highly recommend you both to practice the last materials that I handed out to you.
Ezra- Make sure review the previous materials and practice simple drum beat slowly with accuracy. In addition, practice more on how to hold the drum stick. Please practice at least 1 hour daily.
Elora- Make sure review the previous materials and practice the note division exercises slowly with accuracy. In addition, keep practice the stick holding and stroke at least 30 minute per daily.
REMEMBER that practice slow and accuracy is important! Playing fast with no accuracy is pointless and meaningless. :)
