Homework for the week – June 14

Luke

Luke should practice the verse to Dust in the wind, as well as its intro. Focus on the fingerpicking pattern and the bass, 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd string pattern in the verse.

Lily

Lily should practice He’s a jolly good fellow at the Hal Leonard book.

Matthieu

Matthieu should play Jamaica farewell at the Hal Leonard book as well as the intro to Dust in the wind. Focus on the fingerpicking pattern and on the melody played on the 2^nd string.

Paul

Paul should review Californication. Especially the solo. He should play it while listening to the original recording.

Matias

Matias should practice Wild world. Focus on the different parts on different keys, on the transitions between them and on the scales at the chorus.

Julian

Julian should revisit Californication. He should also play Smoke on the water’s Riff according to the chart and its tablature.
