I was happy to see the progress everyone made in that past week! For next week:

David: Remember to keep the corners of your mouth down, and not tense. Avoid jutting out your chin. Remember what a big difference these two things made in the lesson?
Work on “The Ash Grove” and “British Grenadiers” and of course the D major scale stuff.

Aiden: Nice improvement in keeping the fingers relaxed. Make sure you play the scale and arpeggio several times before you play anything else each day. Also, work on holding long notes and keeping a steady sound. Then play the pieces the same way. Polish up “Once in Royal David’s City” and start work on “The Ash Grove”.

See you next Wednesday!
