 – Practice playing Ode to Joy with both hands at the same time.  Go slowly so you use the proper fingers on each hand.
–  See if you can figure out some more of Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star starting on middle C.
– Find the page in your theory book that has the star I drew.  We worked a bit on this, see if you can do a little more.
– Always be aware of keeping your fingers curved not straight so they get stronger.

– Take three songs from your music books and practice sight-reading them.  Make sure they are songs you don’t know.  You did this very well on Twinkle Twinkle
–  Write the name of each note underneath it on the Twinkle Twinkle song.
– Practice Twinkle, Twinkle very slowly and don’t stop.  Keep the pace steady

 – Remember to practice making your fingers curve nicely like a claw.
– Do your remember the numbers of each finger on each hand?  There is a nice diagram in your book about it.
– practice making a nice slide on the black keys from the top of the keyboard to the bottom. Use the palm of your hand.  It should be smooth and steady and pretty
– practice naming the notes from Middle C up to G and from Middle C down to F while you play them with each hand.
– Do you know the song Twinkle Twinkle Little Star?  Start on middle C, see if you can figure out some of the song just from your memory

 – WEEKLY: pick one song a day in your A Dozen a Day book to sight read. Only do ones you don’t know or can’t remember
– Memorize the WHOLE first page of the Bach Prelude in C.  (Do as much as you can)
